This bag is navy colored, measures 16 1/2" x 14" x 5 1/2", with a serial # 0934-026, and contains Coach tissue paper. It looks like a genuine Carry-All Tote, style 4019 from the Lightweight line and made in the early 1990s.

We don't guesstimate values because they change depending on the market and the condition of the item, and it's also against forum Rules. A pre-owned vintage item is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, just like any other pre-owned item. You can try searching Ebay's Completed records for another bag in the same style and condition and with the same name and style number but that might not be easy to find.

From your measurements it's the Slim Satchel Large (referred to a few years earlier as the Slim Satchel Standard) style number 9430 probably from the early to mid-1980s.
