Hi all! I took a risk and bought my very first vintage coach bag from a secondhand store. I believe it’s the Dinky. After further scrutinization I have my doubts and think it could be fake? I would appreciate any help. Thank you

I don't understand why you think it's fake. There's nothing wrong with it.

Hi! I just bought this ($10 only thank goodness lol) I’m not sure it’s real though. I didn’t really have time to check it in the store but the creed looks kinda off to me! I know there are some anomalies in coach but I’d love your expert opinion
Thank you!

Thank you! So sorry! I was in the car. I can’t deal with fake bags so when I realize I’ve gotten something fake I like to trash it before going home it just annoys me to have to see it

Certainly trashing it keeps it out of circulation and prevents the next buyer from being fooled and in your case, the "investment" wasn't a huge amount.

However even at $10, why should the store (or wherever you bought it) get away with making money on something they never should have sold? Even if you returned it for an exchange and let them know why, perhaps they'd do the right thing and cut out the creed, remove the hangtag and resell the bag without anything that pretends it's Coach.

That’s exactly why I won’t donate fakes because I know someone will get it, post it on eBay for $200 and someone will really get scammed. This particular store gets away with everything. They legit sold a fake Rolex for $1,000 and refused to accept a return. They also had a fake birkin that they sold for $1,000. They knew it was fake. They usually price fake Louis Vuitton’s $200. When I tell them that’s illegal and it’s fake they say it’s cheap and people don’t mind if they’re fake. Please tell me how $200 on a fake bag is cheap. I’ve reported it, complained more than once to management, and they keep doing it ‍. They need a lawsuit filed against them. If I spent 1k on a fake birkin you bet I’d file in small claims court! It makes me SO mad! On a $10 bag they won’t even bat an eye. They’ll tell me it’s my job to research and check the item before buying it.
