OMG. Thought I'd share a horror story. (kind of). I bought this Disney bag from shopgoodwill.com and it arrived with horrific ink marks on the inner lining not shown in the sales photos. Either they photo-shopped the original picture, on someone on the shipping end decided to vandalize the bag. I've asked for a return! https://shopgoodwill.com/item/157817896

Update! Goodwill is accusing ME of inking up the bag, and offered a 15% refund. Not happening. I had the money paid directly from my bank, and I guess I'll be contacting my bank to reverse the charge. Here's what I just wrote to them:

You sent me the purse, it was received and I opened this ticket immediately. Within minutes. Check when I received the bag (you have that info) and when I opened this complaint (you have that info). It arrived "horrifically inked up." I expect A FULL refund. The bag was for re-selling, which I cannot do with the horrible ink. You defrauded me with your photos and in not sending what matches the photos. I'm returning both bags because I don't choose to do business with frauds.

ETA: I think I'm done shopping at shopgoodwill.com.

This sounds like a horrible experience with Goodwill. I love looking at their site for bargains on bags, I just want them for my own use. I bought one from the shop goodwill site on Monday. I hope it arrives looking like it did in the photos.

My prior disputes (very few considering the number of items I've bought from them!) were over counterfeit items. This is the first time a bag arrived vandalized. I actually think their shipping person did it, just my psychic intuition. :P I opened a dispute on the charge with my bank. We shall see what we shall see. I know from my rehab fun that ink does not come off of leather easily or nicely. If the bag photos showed ink marks like that, I never would have bid on it!
