ETA - Also take a look at this listing 125490900299 from seller DOUPO70 if you get a chance, there's definitly a hangtag problem.

I missed answering this part of your post in which you asked about another Cape Coral, FL seller, doupo70.

Although the single picture in the listing you posted shows what appears to be an authentic Coach BCA fob, I'm not comfortable with some of the items listed by the seller. I don't know whether any listings show her own pictures but at least some listings appear to have pictures "borrowed" from other sellers and/or other sites.

Have you ever seen this one? https://www.ebay.com/itm/125720179280?hash=item1d4581b250:g:48MAAOSwhWJjxCvS

I don't know Burberry keychains well enough to authenticate but the Burb keychains look off to me. They look like some of the hybrid fakes we've seen that mix details from various brands, adding the logo of whatever company they're claiming it to be.

I'm surprised to say the least, especially since the sellers all seem to list multiples of the same styles. You think they're remaking even the BCA keychains? I wonder if they still donate a percentage? So if they were acquired at one of the Factory Stores, maybe that means that resellers can buy multiples now.

"OH SH!T!! I just had several paragraphs typed and hit the back button by mistake and it all disappeared!"
Damn,it's contagious! :giggle:

If you ever find out any more details, I'd love to hear them. Thanks again!
Contagious, yes! But at least it's not Covid!

If I figure out what's going on and where they're getting all these keychains, I'll let you know! I don't know whether Coach is resurrecting and remaking these old styles or if they located a lost or misplaced stash but there seem to be a lot of them and from different sellers in different parts of the country.

The multi hangtag keyfob isn't familiar, but the quality of the chain links is poor and many seem uneven or slightly out-of round, and whoever made it didn't use real Coach hangtags or even try to copy them, the name Coach is much too big and takes up the entire space inside the cartouche. The key ring looks like it's already scratched and areas of the metal on the ring look dull unless it's picking up a reflection from somewhere. The pic is badly out off focus but the stamping is still illegible. I wouldn't touch it at ANY price.

I was going to ask about the Burberry stuff but I've never even seen or examined one IRL.

Hello my favorite Authenticors .
After the loss of a very large package of 7 bags bought over months I finally started buying a few more.

Seller @itshadrian live YouTube sales ( sorry...cant remember which sales they were a part of).
I believe they are all OK but I always get them checked by the experts.

Bag 4 a pouch

Thank you.
Got so excited when I opened the box.

The first three are fine.

I'll have to leave the 4th one for one of the other authenticators. There aren't any China-made pouches in my photo files for comparison.

OH SH!T!! I just had several paragraphs typed and hit the back button by mistake and it all disappeared!

Will start over.

Yikes, there's so much going on here and multiple sellers. I'll try to answer as clearly and concisely as possible to not further confuse the issue.

1. @Bales25 's question: Rhode Island seller americanresale1 on Poshmark, americanresalecompany on Ebay and AmericanResaleCo on Mercari: From what I see of her lot listing on Mercari, the blurry pictures appear to show genuine keychains although many are highly faked. And especially with keychains and highly faked styles, there should be clear, well-focused individual pictures so buyers and authenticators can tell what they're looking at.

2. @Bales25 's second reference: Brockport, NY seller blingoriginals on Poshmark: I didn't go through all her listings but went through a lot of them and they also look good.

3. In December, @Hyacinth and I discussed a Cranston, Rhode Island seller, jmac1998. I looked again at her listings and they look fine to me also.

4. I do have a concern with the seller/sellers in my response #1, americanresale1 / americanresalecompany / and AmericanResaleCo because in at least one of her ebay listings, the listing picture was stolen/borrowed from another seller.
This listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/134327124631?hash=item1f46854297:g:Zn8AAOSw-TBjZImj
and
this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/134314855007?hash=item1f45ca0a5f:g:e8kAAOSwgnljZaTI

use pictures that belong to this Chino Hills, CA seller: https://www.ebay.com/itm/314147877436
The same California seller also sold this BCA keychain with the same pictures used by the various American Resale IDs:

5. @Hyacinth - I don't see any problems with the Breast Cancer Awareness keychain (itself), the tag or the box. Although I don't have my own pictures of the item, I've seen enough of the real deal as well as fakes to ID and compare.

Here are the enlarged pictures.

Bottom line: From what I see and what I've seen in looking at listings, I think Coach may have brought back many older keychains for sale in the outlets (though I haven't witnessed it myself) and that's why we're seeing so many listings.

This is speculation on my part.

But my opinion is that NO SELLER should use pictures taken from other sellers' listings because you (as a buyer) won't be seeing what you'll receive.
Thank you @BeenBurned and @Hyacinth for the detailed discussion. It is so confusing to me as many of these look good, but I just didn't see HOW there could be so many. And then there are some in the mix (like was discussed in a later post with the multi lozenge keychain) that are definitely off. Still going to definitely get any potential purchases checked here first!

Appreciate your help - have a great rest of your weekend!

And that's the $64,000 question. (I'm probably dating myself, not because I'm quite old enough to remember the show but old enough to have read about the controversy over the years!)
