The first one looks like a genuine Bleecker Small Basket from 1998. The hangtag probably is not the original one that came with the bag and may not even have been made by Coach, it's hard to tell from the photos.

I'm not comfortable with the second one. There are too many small problems with the creed and serial number stampings, and I don't recommend buying it. It also looks like either there's an extra hole punched into the strap or one of the holes is missing a grommet. The seller's photos won't all open for me and if there's a photo of the back of the turnlock where the prongs are shown, I can't see it. The serial number isn't centered correctly either. We sometimes see off-center numbers in bags made before 1990, but a bag from 1999 shouldn't have that problem. If you already bought it, please take a photo of the back of the turnlock and a better photo of the creed and serial if you can get one. Also check the back of the strap buckles for any stampings.

Cancel the order! It's fake.

ETA: I see that suhmileboutique claims it was already shipped. I hope you aren't responsible for return shipping! IMO, you should have told her you wanted to cancel because the bag is fake.
