I now have this bag in my possession and even though I don’t see anything concerning…I always feel better with your expert opinions. I’m a sucker for anything in the 1941 collection Thank you for your time.

There should be a small white label with 2 rows of characters somewhere inside the bag, possibly in a pocket or sewn into a side seam. I need to see that.

It's not the made in tag I need. There's another small tag like the following picture hidden somewhere in the bag. (It might be very difficult to get at and photograph it.)

I understand now, thank you for the extra time explaining. This should be it…

Hello authenticators. Could you please authenticate two bags that are similar but not identical? I'm wondering if one or both are fake. Thank you in advance!

Item: Coach Straw Purse Leather Trim F13374 w/ CoA
Listing number: 154154848
Seller and site where listed: ShopGoodwill.com
Link: https://shopgoodwill.com/item/154154848
Comments: This bag is similar to my bag, but with a different lining, creed, and leather trim.

Item: Coach straw tote bag
Where purchased or how obtained: Purchase in the past on eBay
Comments: This bag has a different lining and style of creed than the Goodwill bag listed above. Also, some of the leather trim on this bag is stamped with a C, but the bag above does not appear to have such markings. I hope these photos are helpful.

I don't see any problems with either of them. Yours was made for boutiques. The one on Goodwill was made for factory and therefore is missing some of the extra details your bag has. You can't compare bags with different style numbers and expect them to be identical.

Hello,

It's been a while. Trying to figure out why I have so many bags (there is no answer). Please authenticate this Coach Legacy Small Flap Shoulder bag which I purchased from Goodwill a while back. The measurements are 5 in H 9 in L 2 in D. Why does the style number end in 'p'. Thank you.

It appears authentic. The P indicates it is a pilot bag. Pilot bags are small production runs of bags. Sometimes these bags don't get made on a mass scale and, on others, small tweaks are made to the design before they start making them in a large production run.

The bag looks fine. It's a 1941 collection saddle bag.

Item: Purse/Bag Musette?
Where purchased or how obtained: Garage Sale
Comments: I bought this bag at a garage sale - it's in amazing condition (in my opinion). I didn't know what it was when I bought it but think it may be a musette?
