I’m sorry - am I not allowed to post because I’m a new member? I actually was a member for many years but can’t remember my login so I created a new one. My apologies if I broke any rules. Thank you for your time.
No, new members are allowed to post. I choose not to authenticate or promote Poshmark as I don't care for the way the site or sellers conduct themselves.

Sorry. Maybe another authenticator will chime in.

Hello! I've had this bag for over a year, I think. I got it from shopgoodwill online. I don't think the link still exists. Sharing some photos. Bag measures 8.5 inches across by 7 inches tall by about 3.5 inches across the bottom. Please and thank you for an authentication opinion!

The lunch box is authentic, made in 1996.

Item- coach Murphy 9930
List# PoshMark
Seller:@catsmewow Poshmark
Link: https://posh.mk/u9QnH82Gjtb
Creed: 0538-304

Is it authentic?

The Murphy Bag is genuine and from the early 1990s.

I don't know if the problem is on my end or on Poshmark's but clicking on the link in your post takes me to a completely different listing for a pre-creed Slim Satchel. Copying & Pasting the link URL as it appears in your post takes me to the listing for the Murphy Bag. Weird.

If you bid on it, double-check that the Posh link you're using goes to the correct listing.

Just found this item at a local thrift store.
Can someone tell me if it real. Tags inside made in Vietnam C1680 F52715.
Very hard to take a photo of tags.
Any info would be great!

Thank you for your time!

It looks fine.

I agree that the white label is an absolute beotch to get a picture of!

Thank you.

The second one is also genuine and was made in 1999, and has the same name as the other. The catalog page is from late 1998.

Hi @Hyacinth

I received the 2 bags I asked about last week...needs some TLC but I knew that going in; trying my hand at rehabbing.

Question is, which of the two have been altered; if any? I'm seeing the fold that holds the strap buckle is folded differently on the two; is this common? I've looked at several images for this particular bag but I was not able to make a definitive determination.

I"m not in the reselling business so these bags will stay with me but I would like to know; for my own sake as well as future purchases, if any alterations were made.

Thank you.

IMO, neither has been altered, although I've never seen a rivet that looks like the one on the left in picture #5. I wonder if it is partially broken.
