ITEM: Coach Diaper Bag, year unknown (guessing circa 1995)

COMMENT:
Hi there everyone!
If someone could authenticate this COACH diaper bag, I would be much appreciative. It’s a bag my mother used to “use” for me as a child 23-24 years ago (I say “use”, as this purse has no visible wear/tear on it).

The serial number codes indicate that this one was made in 2011, so it's only 11 years old. Maybe it's a replacement for an older one? It's genuine but it was made for the Factory Stores and names are hard to find.

Signature C fabric bags weren't even introduced until right around 2000.

Hi Everyone - I'm just joined today. Can you please tell me if this purse is authentic Coach? Would it have been from outlet or retail store?

Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/255696086970?
Seller: miss-the-south
Item number: 255696086970
Item: Coach Phoebe in dark plume
The inside number is: H1376 24621

There are a couple of pen marks too. Does anyone have advice on removing those?

Thank you. :-)

Hey guys, I’ve reserved a bag with a local vendors on instagram (I’m based in Nigeria and so is the seller) but cant shake the feeling that this bag might not be authentic.

To raise my suspicions further, a reverse image search gave me results from replica sites.

I‘m not too familiar with Coach as a brand so I don’t know the name the bag or when it was made etc. In any event here are the details:

Seller: renatathriftbags
Item: Coach leather tote bag (black/dark blue)
number: L1757-F59325

Thanks in advance, your opinions will go a long way in saving me money.

Ok. I’m back with this mystery bag. I received it today. eBay seller Ruskol-82 super quick shipper btw. https://www.ebay.com/itm/3742340569...N48TjhPSRq&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
The bag measures 9x13
No hooks on the sides. It has two big sections and one zippered in the middle.
Do you guys know what it’s called? Dates? Catalogue pics? Anything?
Thank you

It appears authentic. Most likely the penmarks are permanent. I would try cleaning them with leather conditioner but if they didn't budge I would leave them alone. Most of the time if you try to remove ink, you remove the dye color and the stains are even more obvious. These appear to be on the part of the bag that won't be seen when you are carrying it.
