I'm not sure, Coach did quite a few pearlized items during that time but since this one was called a Bleecker, that's probably the collection it officially belonged to. Coach wasn't as obsessed with collection names and designations back then.

Ah, ok, thank you. I thought it seemed quite a bit different than my 6107. I can't wait to see it in person.

I found this brown dustbag at Goodwill. Is it authentic, and if not, is there any likelihood of its materials being harmful to leather if I turn it inside out and use it anyway? Thank you, experts!
I don't think that dust bag is authentic. The logo is in the wrong place.

Other opinions are welcome.

As for damaging leather, if the fabric is cotton, it's probably okay even if the bag wasn't made by Coach.

That's what I was thinking. The logo also seems too small.

Item: Vintage hunter green Coach Satchel
Listing: 271690074864
Seller: zetsvintagestore
Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Hun...864?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f41fd8af0

Comments: In my search for "unique to me" vintage Coach, I found this satchel that I had never seen before, I saw a version of it in a more rounded top with no handle I believe. The price scares me, and as I have no clue of what it is (it looks real to me but...), I don't know if it's rare or the seller is well, greedy. :smile1: TIA

It seems to me for the money she is charging, she shouldn't be so stingy with photographs. Without a complete creed picture, I don't feel comfortable saying it is authentic but I don't see any problems. It is a Hudson bag 4113 from the early 90s. It is fairly rare, desirable and hard to find in good condition. There is also a rounded bag that is similar.

Thank you, ladies! Since I primarily shop at an outlet and second hand, I have a serious shortage of dustbags, so making sure this fake never leaves my closet won't be a problem.

Thank you Whateve, I guess it is rare after all, but either way totally out of my budget.

My question would be WHY she's so stingy with pictures. In the olden days, ebay charged 15 cents per picture after the first free one but now, sellers can post up to 12 pictures for free. (And if they use an image hosting service like photobucket, it's unlimited!) There's no excuse for a seller not taking advantage of one of the few freebies ebay offers!

JMHO.

Did you see the reference to the photographer? Maybe she pays by the picture.

Comments: Looks like this could be another Italian Bleecker pearlized napa bag for my research. It should be interesting to rehab if it's authentic. Thank you for taking a look, experts! :flowers:
I think the creed wording is wrong for pearlized leather. There isn't enough of the creed shown to see the style number.

I'm a dustbag hoarder!
