Dear Authenticators,

My best guess is that this Coach 9153 is genuine (not Willis though as described by seller. What is the "dwarf" Willis version called?). Can you verify please out of my curiosity? Thanks so much. Serial number seems to appear as "K9C-9153"

@DL Harper this Chelsea Hippie Flap 9458 listing, that I pulled off the Wayback Machine for you the other day, shows "smoke" as a gray color.

View attachment 5446244
There's no "gray" listed as a color option, but there was a color called Smoke listed as an option for that style (Chelsea Hippie Zip) and the similar 9458 Chelsea Hippie Flap in the Holiday 2000 catalog for those styles. There's no actual photo of any bag I can find in that color and I don't even know if "Smoke" is even a shade of gray so I don't know if that's the color of the bag in question, which BTW is genuine.
Thanks for the authentication @Hyacinth and the heads up on the gray/Smoke color @Hyacinth & @katev. I overlooked the Smoke color in the Wayback info. Black and Smoke look dark enough to be interchangeable and the seller photos don't look to be distinctively gray/Smoke on my laptop. But fingers crossed the bag is gray, not black.
Thanks again to both of you for your time and information!

Item: Small Snap Wallet Purse
Seller: Goodwill
Dimensions: 4.25" x 3.5" x 1"
Comments: I believe that I've found this small accessory in the 1992 and 1993 catalogs. I think that it is the Multi-Function Purse 7219 but it is missing the attached keyfob (see the scan below). Please give an opinion about authenticity and let me know if you agree with my identification, thank you!

Hello, hello.
Would you mind having a look at a bag for me? I think it's a fake, but I could be wrong and would appreciate your insight.

No listing number on Depop, I believe, but the listing itself is here.

For ease of reference later, attaching the photo collage that includes the creed and number. (Sometimes I read through old posts to research and wish the listing links weren't dead so I could have the visual to accompany the info—alas!) C8606EDF-4441-4D0E-B5E0-E8E11E6B3D64.jpeg
Thanks so much, as always!

Serial number prefix K3H- is ALWAYS fake, no exceptions. The turnlock might also have a problem but most of it is cut off the photo and someone's thumb is also in the way. (Collage photos aren't the best way to post photos for authentication, we much prefer individual photos that can be effectively enlarged to show small details. At the very least the creed and serial number photo(s) should be separate.)

As for searching through old posts, why not just search here for "serial prefix K3H"?

Searching for a serial prefix and sorting the results using "date" is one of the best ways to search. Or you could read the Daria48 Fake Coach Numbers List about halfway through the Salearea Coach Guides:

PART 1 - posts 37, 38 and 39
and
and

PART 2 - post 40

Part 2 (post 40) includes the warning about K3H

Thanks! And do you agree that it's probably the multi-function purse 7219 without the keyfob?
