Dear Authenticators,
This vintage bag better be genuine since I already paid for it. LOL! Kidding aside, I truly hope so! Thanks for checking it.

seller: attic3000

Genuine Shelton Bag, style 9917 from the early 1990s.

Hi All, Can I please get an authentication on this bag I got on FB marketplace?

Item: Vintage Mini Winnie
Where Got it: FB Marketplace (Seller Eric Borsoni, local)
Comments: Strap is 44" with buckle at 15" from body. Fingers crossed!
Genuine, from 1997
OT: Love your clever user name!

Sorry short, in traffic and the police frown upon texting and driving.
[/QUOTE]
It’s coming up as FB marketplace vs the yard sale site. Don’t know why. I’ve been in transit so forgive short, misspelled etc.

In the photo it looks like the strap buckles are brass-colored. The turnlock does look silver color but I'm not sure if it's a Coach turnlock, regardless of color.

Unfortunately my computer can't access or open the photos of the inside or the creed and serial number. If you or your friend can copy and post them as a Reply to my post, I can take another look. Or maybe one of the other authenticators can look at the listing.

Thanks!

Please authenticate the following (and style name if possible)

Item: white zipper shoulder bag
Where purchased or how obtained: purchased at an estate sale
Comments: I thought at first it was a metropolis bag, but not the same so now I wonder on its authenticity.

They both seem to be genuine but there's no way to identify them without photos of the back, underflap panel, and at least one of the narrow ends showing the straps and how they're attached. And of course we need measurements.
Thanks. I hope to get more details tomorrow.

Thank you so much, @Hyacinth !
I got some pictures of the real bag she received so I'll list them here as well. I apologize that the creed on the listing photo was not clear.
