Please follow the following requests:

• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

Can you authenticate this duffle sac and also tell me what year it may have been made? Seller says it's Navy, but upon arrival, I believe its gray! It has gray threading and its the same color as my #7171! But I did not know Coach made gray duffle sacs! If so, what's the name of the color? I do know its not dark Navy.

I have a pre-style number, pre-1994, duffle sac that was authenticated here and is Flannel Grey. The only way I can distinguish it is by putting it against a black bag. I haven't seen many in Grey--nice find!

Sorry, we must have missed this one somehow. It's been very busy here lately.

It's a genuine Saddlery Bag, style 9535 and from the mid-1980s. Here's a page from a 1986 catalog:

Sorry, I don't believe it's genuine. The font used in the serial number isn't correct for anything made by the F plant, and that exact font in the fake Station Bag has been found only in fakes. There's also a problem in at least one part of the bag's construction.

Remember, fakes makers know what colors buyers like, so many of them made fakes in hot colors like red or unusual colors like orange, bright green, aqua and even hot pink. That's why it's important to authenticate vintage Coach items before buying or committing to buy. Coach didn't make a lot of red bags "back then" so a red bag should be a red flag. Ask here first.

It's authentic and was made in 2000. I wasn't able to find the style on the wayback machine so I don't know the name of it.
