Without commenting on the listing you've asked about, I'll comment on the seller, jpgrl1903.

seller jpgrl1903 mixes. This listing is fake:

Poshmark has a crappy (and non-existent) response to reports of fakes, inappropriate responses to disputes, and has many sellers who've been booted from safer sites and go to PM because they know they can get away with peddling their fakes there.

Whether or not that bag is authentic, I would be concerned about that VERY shiny leather shown in the first pic. Vintage Coaches aren't supposed to be shiny. When they are, there's a chance some some kind of polish or oil or other conditioning agent may have been used on the leather that shouldn't have been. We've even seen or heard of Coaches "conditioned" with black shoe polish and that's never a good thing.

Interesting!! Is this fake because of the serial number? I am so curious about how you can tell on this one.

Do you remember the person who was so proud of her conditioning method? She used olive oil!

Hi! Would like to request authentication on this Willis H5C-9927 sold by curatedgoodsMNL on Carousel. I asked the girls over at the rehab thread if the creases can be remedied though...

Genuine Hamptons (Not Hamilton) Small Clip Hobo made in 2002

As long as you get exactly the same bag with exactly the same creed and serial number details, it's genuine, made in 1995. There's a manufacturing detail that's a bit "off" but the small details of the creed and serial number look correct.

Do you remember the person who was so proud of her conditioning method? She used olive oil!

Yes, and there was a blogger who bragged in her blog about using olive oil too. I don't remember if they were the same person but I seem to remember that the blogger may have also been a tPF member. I remember a lot of mistakes in her blog, and not just about the olive oil. And because a family member kept recommending her blog, a lot of the mistakes were passed along.

There's nothing like the smell of rancid olive oil to put you off your feed.
