FOR ITEMS NOT LISTED ONLINE:
Item: white coach bag - No B2079-79988 (might be No E2079-79988)
Where purchased or how obtained - I am doing the trade up challenge on TikTok. I offered a painting and someone offered this purse as a trade.
Comments: I have not received the item yet, but since I will be using this as my next trade, I just want to know if it is authentic before I promote it as such.

I appreciate any help with this matter!

Hello again!
Could someone have a look at this bag?
I’m not looking into purchasing it myself, but ran into it while I was shopping around.
This one bothered me because I had thought that the ”M” plant was in Costa Rica, and this one says “MADE IN THE UNITED STATES” while the plant code is “M”.

I believe it's fine, but I have a comment on something you said.

You said, "I will be using this as my next trade, I just want to know if it is authentic before I promote it as such." Are you aware that if an item isn't authentic, you can't legally sell or barter a counterfeit item?

Even admitting an item is fake or claiming lack of knowledge of authenticity isn't allowed. This isn't to say it's not done, but it's not done legally.

This bag is authentic.

The M plant can be various locations - US, Costa Rica and China. It's the details of the bag and creed/font/stamping/text etc. that determine authenticity.

Regarding this bag which you previously looked at:
Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/224818100377

I think it's fine and it looks like a stewardess to me too. I wonder if eye shadow might uncover a hidden serial number.

I tried the eye shadow thing. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Nothing. Is is possible that they didn't put a serial number? The rest of the stamping is perfectly clear. Anyway, I noticed a couple more cool things about this bag. It's got a different zipper pull. And the buckles say "Solid Brass," not "Solid Brass USA." Sharing some pics. It is a beautiful dark blue.
