Hi can I please have this small case authenticated. This cutie measure’s roughly 7 3/4 by 4 1/2 and 1 inch dept. it has no lining and not dyed to the top on one corner. The zipper is black and not sure if it’s brass but it is metal and zips really easily. No markings inside the case. Purchased at my local flea market for a buck!
I appreciate the experts here for taking the time to look at it!!!!

It's genuine but I can't tell when it was made or what Coach called it. The silver hardware like the chains holding the hangtags isn't original to the case. All the original hardware would have been brass-colored. The metal hangtag was also added by a previous owner.

May I please get an authentication? I realized I never asked for authentication. Conversation in my head: "Wait.. did you purchase something without authenticating? No way.. Did I? omg.." I was such a scatterbrain this past week.

Genuine, from the early 1990s, style 9815. The seller has listed a few fakes before but this one is OK.

Hi, here's another bag I bought from a thrift shop years ago before I knew about this forum  I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it's authentic and what's the model name? I thought it would be from the Hamptons collection so I went through web archive versions of Coach website pages but couldn't find this model. The code inside the creed is J0820-F13069

It's genuine and was made in 2008, but because it's an outlet style it might not have been shown on any Coach website. Outlet-only styles didn't have a public website in 2008, and none of the examples I've found on Ebay still have the original price tag that would show the official name.
Similar styles were called clip hobo so this might have been a signature clip hobo.

hello everyone! im new here. im on a vintage coach kick and made my first vintage purchase from tradesy. im unsure about the authenticity of these items and was hoping someone could help me authenticate this coach abbie and multifunctional purse. ( i didnt know how to write a message and add attachments, so im replying to my own thread lol)

are there more catalogs for the coach abbie? i only saw 1 in the perewinkle.

oh and the seller is dione bassett and i have screen shots of the listing attached.
The Abbie is genuine, made in 1997.

It's hard to tell with the coin purse since there is no visible creed or serial number in the photos. If it doesn't look or feel right when you receive it you can post a few of your own photos here showing any details like stampings. If you do that, please refer to your original post here.
I'm going to comment on the Tradesy seller, Dione Bassett because of her history and lack of appropriate response when informed of her fakes.

Here are a few posts:

ETA: As further proof that Dione Bassett hasn't changed is this current fake. Someone is going to be scammed out of $145. (This was found in a quick scan of her items. I have little doubt there are probably more fakes.

Hello everyone! This is my first post and first coach purchase and I wanted to be sure it was authentic before I missed my window to return. Please weigh in!! It just seems very lightweight compared to other Coach bags I’ve handled, which made me question whether it’s genuine or not. It looks well made, and it is soft, nice leather. Attached are pics from listing and one I just snapped of the label inside. Thank you so much!!

Welcome.

It's an authentic either Hamilton or Hamptons leather hobo.

For future requests,, please include seller ID and link to listings if items were purchased online, even if the listing has ended and you have the item in your possessison.

Hello Authenticators! Could you help me check if this bag is ok, pls? Thank you! :flowers:

FOR ITEMS LISTED ONLINE:

Comments: The straps look odd to me, but I've been looking for a light-colored bag to add to my collection. Vintage pieces that are priced reasonably are so hard to come by these days
