From GW yesterday...amazing condition for her age!
Approx. 10.5"w x 7.5"h x 3"d. Strap 23.5" to rings. Anchors on lobster claw clips...yay!

Authentic! Beautiful! I don't think I've ever seen anchors on a strap with a US creed bag. I thought they stopped using that company much earlier.
 
Could someone please authenticate this Coach bag?
My sister picked it up at a yard sale over the weekend.
Approx. 9.5"w x 7.75"h x 3"d. Strap 23.5" to buckles.
Does it have a name? Made in 2008 #F13078.

It's authentic. It looks like it might be called a signature pieced e/w duffle.

Thanks, whateve! I was shopping with my sister yesterday and she talked me out of buying a more expensive (!) much newer, but also red, made in China bag. She said to channel a better one and wowza...it worked! I also have a taupe/putty US Companion Bag that doesn't have anchors...go figure!

That isn't me but I had something similar happen. I sold a wallet I had bought at the outlet. The buyer clicked on "return this item" and "item is counterfeit" for the reason. I replied that it was authentic and I had the receipt. She backed down immediately and said she was sorry. She decided to keep it. After talking to her, she said the reason she thought it was fake was because she had the same wallet but hers had a different color zipper. After I explained that different color wallets have different color zippers, she realized her mistake. She closed the return request but I still have a defect.

In my case, the buyer wanted to withdraw her claim but ebay doesn't let her do that. Even though we both agree it isn't fake, that defect is there for the next 11 months.
Whateve, you might want to give a call to ebay customer service again.
They seem to be getting a little more helpful as far as removing defects. I wait until about a week before the 20th (when they do the monthly assessment) and then call and go through any defects that I might have a shot at getting removed. They will check your back and forth messages, etc. The last rep I had actually found one removal I did not think would qualify, and he was able to remove 3 of my defects which put me back into Top Rated Seller status ( we can all use that 20% discount!).
Even if another rep said they would not remove it you can try again with someone else, and by my experience with talking to them A LOT, yours should qualify for removal. Good luck!!

Thanks! I think if I spoke to the right person, it would get removed. I hate waiting on hold for hours! I only have the one defect so it only matters if I get another one. I lost TRS status when I went on my trip and will just be getting it back this month. After I sell everything I have now, I'm not planning on getting any new inventory, so I'm sure I'll lose it again!

The call me feature for their customer service is AWESOME but you only get one shot at them calling you. If you miss it you have to "get in line" again. You just "get in line" then they call you when its your turn.
