Hello,

Please authenticate this Coach bag on Shopgoodwill.com. Thank you.

Item: Coach 8948 Pink and Silver Jacquard bag (?)
Listing #: 133983319

Genuine. I believe the line was called "Lurex Optic C ... " but I don't know the "body" name, possibly "... Framed Clutch". There were only 3 or 4 styles made with that fabric and those details. It was made in 2004.

Hi would you please authenticate this bag I received as a gift from my aunt? It measures about. 12" x 8" x 3.5"
Thank you

Nope, wrong style. I'm still looking ...

OK, Sheridan Wilmington Satchel, style 4227 made in 1992 or 1993 - I THINK. It would really help to have a photo of one of the narrow sides of the bag showing how the strap attaches. Your photo is showing removable clips but the catalog page shows a "permanent" attachment in the photo but the description says that the strap detaches. I'm still not sure if that's the right style name. The only photo in my files of a production version shows a detachable strap.

Wow! This looks exactly like mine. But yes mine def has the removable lobster claw clasps on the sides. I just brought it to the work shop. Tomorrow I will take more photos of the sides and any other areas.

Just one photo would be fine, and I think the problem is with Coach's photo and not yours. I believe they must have photographed an early version with a permanent strap or at least some kind of strap attachment that was changed before full production. After all, it just makes a lot more sense to have a completely removable strap on a satchel style, doesn't it?

Some Sheridans actually had a strap with holes in the ends that would slip over a ball-and-post metal piece and looked permanent until you looked closely. They were a B!TCH to get off, maybe that's what the bag in the photo had, and after complaints from testers or buyers the design was changed. I've spent an hour or two swearing my arse off at those blasted "easy off" ball-and-post Sheridan straps. The lobster or trigger-type clips make a lot more sense, and probably saved more than a few expensive manicures.

Are you able to authenticate jewelry? I’m not positive where these originally came from. I think the white bangle came from a factory store. Thank you!
Both look fine. Sorry, I don't know the style numbers.

I've never seen a "close" fake bangle. So far, they've had serious problems but I hesitate to be more specific because I wouldn't want to help the fakers produce a better fake.

The names and exact dates aren't in my files, but the blue one with the rivets might be 94078. I saved the photo in November 2007.

There were at least 2 different Emblem Bangles, 94159 and a wider one, 94160, available in different color enamels and metals. I think the one in your photo is the narrower one, 94159. Click on the thumbnails to enlarge.

Both photos are from January 2008. They both appear to be genuine.

Can someone tale a look at this Legacy Zip for me? Found thrifting. Creed is faded and I know this is a frequently counterfeited style but I took a chance for 10.00.

Took a couple of creed pics to try for readability.
