Comments: Hi! Can I have these two Court Bags authenticated please? The rest of the bags looked okay on the website, but the first one's creed looked really light, while the second one's numbers and format seemed off, but I'm not sure.

Both are genuine. The first one was made in 1997, and the second was made some time in the late 1980s. The second one is genuine but obviously NOT in original condtion since it's missing the strap and the hangtag.

My problem with Poshmark and so many sellers on the site is that there are just too many mixers, and in many cases, they're "Posh Ambassadors."

Although the bags you asked about are authentic, they have fakes too, indicating that they don't confirm their items.

To be a Posh ambassador, you just need to have a minimum number of listings, sales and "shares", plus a fast shipping time and average rating over 4.5 stars. Nearly everyone gives 5 stars or they don't rate at all. The guidelines don't say anything about having fakes or having had their listings reported. Being an ambassador doesn't have to do anything with trustworthiness.

Leather color looks good and bright. Leather is all in good condition. The corners are darkened. There is a scuff here or there on trim, as seen in pic 6. The pic makes there leather look lighter or dirty in that pic, but it doesn't look in person.

It's a genuine Sheridan Durham Mini Bag, style 4211 and made in 1992 or 1993.

The hangtag. I compared the lettering to other hangtags I have and it doesn't look right. The letters are poofy, like swollen looking and the zipper doesn't move smoothly. Thank you for the quick response.

I don't see any issues with the hangtag. Removable items like hangtags aren't used to authenticate bags. You might try rubbing some soap on the zipper.
