I don't know if you got an answer to this. It appears authentic to me. It's a Legacy leather basket clutch #48012 from around 2012. There should be a made in label inside.

It is probably okay. The creed picture isn't very clear. It is not a Berkeley. It's a saddle bag.

Sorry, it's fake. We've seen quite a few fake bags with exactly the same font and 1999 C plant codes. As long as you don't sell it or donate it, you have what's probably a decent backpack that you got at the right price.
