Good afternoon authenticators,
Could you please take a look at this vintage Coach bag?

It's fine. It's a compact pouch made in 2000.

Item: Coach alligator bag
Seller: 5booksandcounting
Listed: eBay
I am interested in Coach exotics. I have seen a similar one on Poshmark.

Thank you in advance for your help and expertise!
I think it is authentic. I'm a little surprised they stamped the creed on the suede. More opinions are welcome.

I remember seeing it in one of the Wayback pages. The creed is lopsided but the serial number looks fine and has the same and very unusual font as a Soho BrushStroke Suede Hobo that I've loved since I first saw it. There's almost no chance that a counterfeiter could have copied that font.

I think it's okay too.

Please read Post number One - the one with the "1" number

which clearly explains what we need and why, and WHY the bag doesn't have a number on it.
Just a hint:
"Since mid-2014, Coach stopped putting serial numbers on creeds so in newer bags where the creeds don't have serial numbers, we also need to see pictures of the labels/tags from inside the bag. They are either both in the main open part sewn into the seam of the lining, or one might be buried deep inside the zipper pocket. One shows where made and the other has a serial number."

Once you've read it AND the READ ME [post right above it and supply the needed information and photos, we'll take a look at the details.

ALWAYS read the first post and any READ ME posts in any authentication threads and follow the instructions. If you don't supply the information they need, the authenticators can and probably will ignore your question.
My apologies ladies! I do so appreciate what you do and your expertise. I will try and get the style number from Goodwill. Thank you!!

Thank you both!

Good morning. Can someone please help me authenticate this bag. Everything seems fine, but if you noticed the last picture on the bottom trim, there is a split on the leather that is not centered. It is more towards one side of the bag and that looks off.
