Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:
  • FOR ITEMS LISTED ONLINE:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item
  • Back of item
  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

There was no "made in" tag (I checked the one I have in gunmetal and there isn't one either) but the seller provided a pic. Of the style number tag, and it looked ok so I went ahead and paid, and told her to keep the fake dust bag......

When you get it, you can compare it with yours. I bet that fake dust bag scared away other bidders so you got a great deal!

Hi! Firstly, thank you to everyone for all the knowledge I'm getting on this forum with a huge thank you to our authenticators for their time!

I'm falling in love with the Coach line once again (my first bag was a Willis from the 90s) and when the market became saturated with everything "Coach" (and "fakes" at that), I looked to other brands.

So here I am window shopping and hoping to get an authentication on the following:

I also do not know what style it is, because I found others that were advertised as:

Swagger
Mini Boston

Measurements are approx 12 x 6 x 4

It's genuine, but never would have been called either one of those names. I don't have the exact number in my files but based on the construction and pocket details it probably would just have been called a Soho Leather Satchel.

Need help authenticating this Coach Wallet (See attached images)

Item: Coach Hamptons Signature Embossed leather Wallet in Brown
Listing number: Item found at a local consignment store
Seller: Consignment store

Comments: The wallet measures: 7.75 x 4.5
The coin section zipper has YKK stamped on the upper hook of the zipper that the pull feeds through.
I have seen black versions of this wallet online, but have not seen a brown one.
The checkbook holder is missing

It's authentic though I don't have a style number for it.

Note that zipper brand is irrelevant to whether an item is authentic or not.

Do not buy from gabsale1. The keychain is fake as is this non-Coach bag she has listed:
