I think my first request today was missed and I would very much appreciate authentication when you have a chance. :hugs:

Genuine, from 1997

That seller has a long-standing reputation for items that are in poorer condition than described, dirty, or reeking of cigarette smoke and other odors. It may be better than it used to be but they still have a ways to go. Their reputation here reflects that:
@Hyacinth Thank you so much for letting me know! Oh, wow! I didn't look at their negative reviews due to their 100% positive feedback status, but that's quite alarming. I will avoid this seller in the future to be safe. Thank you so much!

Hi again, I'm back because I have this bag and a couple of questions. I bought it because I love love the color and took a chance bidding on it but after I got it, I realized I can't handle this handle. It's just not for me. So with that said, my search for the perfect bag continues. In the meantime, I'd like to post this bag. It feels awesome but I prefer to ask the experts. If it's ok, would you know the proper name and color? Also, does burnished leather make this bag any more special? Ps. I see you're always so busy here so I really appreciate your time. No rush. Thanks in advance!

Item: Coach 9340 Legacy Saddlebag?
Purchased: Shopgoodwill
Size: 12"x9"x2"
I agree with you on that leather! I have a blue one and the leather feels so nice and soft! I too am not a fan of that short strap. I am thinking about using a longer strap from another bag but I don't have any in blue that matches!

Could somebody please look at this for me. Thanks in advance

It's fine. Nice color!
Yahoo! Thank you. I don’t get excited with navy in picture anymore. Been disappointed too many times. Lol!
When you mentioned "navy," I looked back at the listing because it looked purple to me! Then I read the description and it's described as black.

I have no idea what color it really is!
