Please follow the following requests:

• Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
• Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Front of item

• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Purchased: Locally, it can be returned.
Measurements: About 11 x 10 x 6 inches.
Comments: Looked inside all the pockets and there is no other tag, just the made in China one.

I don't see any problems but I think there is probably a white tag buried way down in a lower corner inside the zippered pocket.

Thank you, I checked already and I didn't see it but inside is kinda filthy. I will put gloves on and dig even more, LOL

Edited to say that I checked again inside the zippered pocket and followed all the seams inside the whole liner and there is no white tag.

Notes: it's a Regina, or I think it is--the creed IS wrong, I do know that, since it's 9985 instead of 9983. That being said, I searched "9985" on the forums here and apparently that's a stamping mistake that may have occurred in Regina bags?

Would appreciate any input!

Quoting my own message to say that I found the bag on Ebay, and that one had the creed with the style number. Mine doesn't and for sure there is no white tag inside or indication that there was ever one.
My question is if around 2013 is when some bags had the creed with number and some not? Thanks again.

I believe this is one of those authentic mistakes. The color looks beautiful.

It's authentic, but it isn't Bonnie Cashin. It might be a Bonnie Cashin design but was made after she left Coach. Just so you know, zipper brand isn't important for authentication.

A true Bonnie Cashin won't have a creed. It will usually have a Coach logo either on a metal tag or stamped into the leather. Some bags have cloth tags. Some tags only say Bonnie Cashin, not Coach, and some have both names. Many Bonnie Cashin bags are lined with striped or printed fabric. Bonnie Cashin also designed for other brands so you might see her name on non Coach bags. Any bag you find should be authenticated.

Thank you whateve! I was really excited about this find, and I was hoping to be right about the serial. I'm not even usually a huge fan of the Regina (or navy??) but I saw this combo and was doomed.

Very happy to be told I could go ahead and make the purchase (even though I should really be heading back off to ban island again!)
