Is this a Bonnie Cashin? Thank you

It's a COPY of a Cashin style. But since Cashin ended her partnership with Coach in 1974(?) and this bag has not only a creed and serial number (which genuine Cashin bags never have) but the creed dates from the late 1980s at the earliest, it was not made anywhere close to Cashin's day. It's from the 1991 Retro collection for Coach's 50th Anniversary and was called a Retro Swing Bag, style 9002.

There are no proven Cashin-made bags with serial numbers or creed stamps.

If you could please put the seller's name in your request, as the forum keeps records of sellers.

I'm not an authenticator, but the salesarea guidelines in the forum do say that bags made in Korea are fakes.

Thanks for the pics. I don't see anything alarming. All details look good except that extra detail: the hangtag/bag charm hanger ring. I cannot say for sure but my guess is that this bag was a sample (hence the S) which was used to take Coach's official stock photos. I obviously have no way of proving this but if you look at stock photos of this bag you can see that extra hardware. So all that to say that bag isn't fake. However, since it's a sample, it can't be authenticated as it's not one of the bags from the production line.
It's one of a kind.

Is a sample bag the same as bags on display in a Coach boutique?

I ask because I have noticed from time to time some of the serial numbers of bags in the store are a bunch of zeros, maybe because they only sell the bag to employees or something?

I've seen that in some stock photos too, but it doesn't seem consistent (though as @Hyacinth says the only thing consistent about Coach is their inconsistency!).

No they are not the same as the display items in stores. Coach doesn't sell bags that have 00000 or 99999 serial number. They get out as the employees get/buy them or they are sold through "sample sales".

We need the seller's name and a link to the listing.

I was mistaken, it was Mercari, and the seller is POSHCULT.
Thank you.

The bag is fake. Open a dispute to return it and let Mercari know that you received a fake.

And if Mercari wants to know WHY it's fake, it's a very long list. There's absolutely nothing right about that bag.

Just for starters:
Fake style, fake non-Coach hardware with a fake stamp Coach never uses, wrong turnlock padding shape, fake non-Coach turnlock, fake zipper pull that should never say "Coach", inside zipper is too short, totally fake creed stamp, "coachbag" as a single word is never used by Coach, creed spacing is all wrong, Strap buckle hardware is wrong, shape of the tabs holding the strap on is wrong, and most important, the serial number is too short and invalid, missing the "No" in front of it, and if you had searched these tPF forums or even Google for "coach Korea" or "Coach made in Korea" you would have found hundreds of posts saying any "COACH" handbag that says Made In Korea is always fake. Like I said, there's nothing right about it.
ETA - and the punctuation used in the creed is wrong, there are 2 periods missing.

Please authenticate all Coach purchases here BEFORE buying, or search the forums here. Just one look at the first photo in the listing would have told us everything we needed to know, and the Made in Korea stamp on the creed would have clinched it.
