Since you considered the bag suspect anyway, I assume you let the seller know why you aren't purchasing. Have you also let him know that he still has it listed on at least 2 sites and even though those sites may not be as diligent as others in responding to reports of fakes, both sites still have policies that claim to abide by US federal trademark law disallowing the sale of fakes.

I would have expected that an honest seller would end listings once it was determined that an item is illegal to sell!

If it's who I suspect, the listing is currently marked NOT FOR SALE on Poshmark, at least. It should be taken down completely though.

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to authenticate this item. Thanks in advance!

If you're the winner, your bag is authentic.

But I have a problem with the seller tkeeper. Just a few days ago, she had multiple fakes posted in this post and the next on the Coach hall of shame:
https://forum.purseblog.com/threads...oach-fakes-here.824098/page-452#post-33655303
And I suspect she purposely avoids showing definitive details in her listings when she's not sure of authenticity. In the past, I've emailed the seller requesting pictures and she ignores the message and doesn't add pictures to her listings.

Yes, that's the listing. Why wouldn't he remove the listing since it's fake and illegal to sell? Why would he leave it as "not for sale" unless he hopes someone will ask about it and he can sell "off Poshmark."

The same item on Tradesy is no longer active either. I don't know if he ended the listing or whether Tradesy removed it.

I did buy it. Great to know it’s authentic. I did notice this seller lists a ton of Coach bags. After what you said, I’m not surprised some turn out not to be authentic. I guess some sellers just roll the dice and hope buyers don’t notice. Thankfully we have you guys! Truly, you guys are really doing us a service with your knowledge and expertise.

The problem is that when we see high volume sellers of designer items, we tend to infer that those sellers have level of integrity that may not be deserved. We see it quite often.

I've often said that "mixers" (sellers who mix fakes and authentic items) are more dangerous than sellers who never list a genuine item. At least with serial fake-sellers, we know that they're crooks,
