Hi ladies, I bought this a while back ago and just wondering about the creed code. It looks like a vintage bag but the code has more numbers and the “f” in front of the numbers. Does that mean it’s a newer remake of older style made for factory outlets?

Good evening authenticators. Could you please take a look at this one? Thanks!
Item: Vintage Coach Crossbody bag Green Leather Handbag Convertible
seller: 2014rainbowdash

comments: how common is it to find green vintage bags? I don't seem to find quite as many as black or red.

Genuine. And of course colors like black, navy, browns and tans are the easiest to find, that's what most Coach buyers wanted according to Coach so that's what they made in the largest numbers and what the stores kept in stock.

Yes. If you read the Salearea Guides pinned to the top of this forum's pages it will tell you how to read date codes, which is something every Coach buyer or seller should learn anyway. This one and other classic styles were remade in China in the middle of the 2000 decade for the outlets.

Good afternoon authenticators, would you please authenticate this bag—

Item: Coach Madison Phoebe Shoulder Bag
Listing number: No listing number. Purchased at thrift store.
Comments: The measurements: 11 1/2” high, 12 3/4” wide, strap drop 7 1/2”. The bag is slouchy so these measurements are approximate. The number is: E1376-26224. I’ve posted two creed photos because it was hard to get a decent picture of it. If you need another photo, please let me know.View attachment 4676534View attachment 4676535View attachment 4676536

Thank you for taking the time to look at this.

Good morning everyone. There were a lot of posts last night to the authenticate and I think that this one might have been skipped accidentally. I was wondering if this bag is genuine. (Hope I quoted it correctly--I'm still learning about this forum stuff.) I've been gun-shy about my authentications since I bought a fake a few weeks ago and now I'm questioning myself. From what I've read on the purse forum this was an extremely popular bag many years ago (which to me means it might have been one extremely popular to fake.) Thanks a bunch everyone!
