I am not sure if anyone picked this up. Could someone help as I have chance to return if it’s not real.

Hello,

could someone please help me authenticate my new bag. I got it second hand.

it’s a Mini Sierra Satchel in canvas / leather bottom and the code is M1681-F58295.

Thank you

We need to see a clear, readable photo of the creed patch and serial number that's inside the bag. There should also be a small tag on the inside that shows the country where it was made, we need to see that also.

It's genuine, the F in front of the last set of numbers means it was made for the Factory Outlet stores, and the P behind the last set of numbers means it was a pilot bag, a test version to determine if the style would be OKd for full production and to see what changes might have to be made if it did, I don't have a name and many Made for Factory (MFF) and pilot bags won't have any records on the internet and would never have been on Coach's website.
Thank you so much!!!

Hello all. Here is another 9985 Regina and I have looked back through previous examples but couldn't find if anyone determined these are fakes or mistakes. The seller has no sells so that is also iffy to me.
Item: Regina
Seller: lalabo-31

I think this is a legitimate error. I have an example of the same error at a different plant in my files. It's interesting that two plants would make the same error.

Thank you so much. I am so tempted to get it but I worry that I would not be able to prove its authenticity if I ever went to resell, like I don't know, in 20 years, ya know. ETA: It looks like the strap has been replaced and I can't tell if the hangtag is the same exact red color.

I would have the same worries. I think I would prefer that strap.

I actually would too. But I'd still want the original strap and the right color hangtag so I for sure wouldn't pay the BIN price for those reasons. I think I'll hold off on making an offer for now and see if the listing lasts awhile. Red is so pretty tho.
ETA: that brings me to a question I've had for a little while now. Since I am a relatively new poster here, is it helpful to the authenticators to post links to questionable bags (for the purpose of helping to add to your archive of materials) even if one doesn't plan to buy it, or should we only post links for ones we do plan to purchase/have purchased? Thanks.

Actually that does help us. I would like to see odd examples to continue to add to my knowledge.

OK thanks.
Interestingly enough, that same seller lalabo-31 sold a, what I believe is, a pretty rare 9955 earlier today for just a hundred bucks. Here is the link in case anyone is interested in whether it looked authentic since I have read some posts on here about there being several fakes for that style.

It's authentic. Even though the seller is new, he/she seems to know which photos we need for authentication.

You shouldn't repeat your request and you will probably need a good picture of the coach creed.

Oh sorry, I just only have a short window to return and thought it had been missed.

Also I tried to take a photo of it but as the bag is small it’s hard to get a picture of it which is why I put the code in.
Is it possible to either pull the lining out to get a picture or to have someone shine a flashlight if the lining doesn't pull out?

While I don't see obvious problems, the style/bag is closely faked.

Is there a link to a website or listing from which you purchased?

Hi everyone,
I just got this Winnie in the mail and am not sure if it is authentic. The style number matches, but a few things seem a little off about it (i.e. the indentations on the back of the turnlock, and the stitching is crooked compared to my other Winnie). Can anyone help me authenticate this?
Thanks!
