  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

No, they weren't "STILL" making them in 1994. Like dozens of other discontinued styles, they briefly brought older bags back as "Retro" styles, Limited Editions or catalog exclusives throughout the 1990s, probably starting with the Retro line of remade classics during 1991, the 50th Anniversary year. There have been dozens of remakes just during that one 1991-1999 time period, and Coach is still doing it today.
ETA - the original 5120 style looks like it was discontinued around 1985-86.

Wasn't the 1994 serial number with the B plant code visible when you looked at the listing? I can read it in the listing photo but I'm using a computer and Ebay's built-in zoom feature.

From the 1994 Holiday Preview catalog, click on the thumbnails and note the mention of the retro Limited Edition styles in the pic at the top of this post too:

Honestly, I don't remember even looking for the creed until I had it in my hands. I really should know better than that. I must of glanced at that picture, went "yep" and bought it. Thank you for the info and pictures.

The bag is fake and it's likely that everything from the seller is fake.

The tag has the wrong font, wrong UPC bar code and wrong description.

Out of curiosity, I'd like to see a clear and legible picture of the gift receipt. It appears that the info on the receipt is wrong too but I suspect it's purposely blurred by the seller. If you have it in your possession, please post a legible picture.

Ooh look I found another Regina with a 9985 serial number!

Comment: I am not buying this bag but I do believe it's authentic. If you look carefully at all the other 9983 serial numbers, you will notice the 8 is always stamped a little higher than the 9 on its left.

To me it looks like both 9985 bags have the digit 8 stamped the same way as all the other 9983 stamps. Mine is from April and the current one on eBay is from March. So whoever was making the mistake was doing so from March - November it seems.
I would love to hear all the authenticators opinion on this. Agree/disagree?

More photos of the bag aren't what I want to see. I asked for a clear picture of the full gift receipt. The receipt shown in the picture is too blurry but even with the blurry picture, I can see problems.



I'm positive that jiaozun.sg is selling fakes and I don't recommend the seller or any of the items.
