Please follow the following requests:

• Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
• Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Front of item
• Back of item
• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

What a treasure! This is something collectors look for. I'd like to see the lining. Is there any tag at all inside the purse? I believe this was called a mini attachette. It looks like this Bonnie Cashin illustration.

Yes, 2.9 MB is much too big for one photo. The original photos don't have to be much bigger than 1200x800 pixels and less than 1MB, as long as the details are clear.

Unless you're planning on printing up a full-size poster of the photo, any photo that takes up 2.9MB in your files is a waste of space. I've seen extremely detailed NASA photos that are smaller. Downsizing photos is easy on a full-feature computer but if you're using a tablet or phone app I don't have any advice on how to do it, maybe someone else does.

Yep, the box is original! I've never seen one IRL but I have pictures saved. Based on the lining, it was made in the mid 60s.

In my opinion, it is authentic and a rare treasure.

Amen to that! I love the box design and the graphic on top. The box and bag must be kept together. (And now you have a new Cashin style number to add to your collection!)

We weren't asking you for a link. It was for another poster who was looking at a bag on ebay. If you are planning on selling your purse, you might want to contact Coach archives to see if they are interested first.
