This “Duffle Feed Sac” is currently on eBay with 23 hours to go. The buckles are wrong for the style, would appreciate your comments before I report.

Don't report. I think the BAG is okay.

I'm not sure if the buckles may have been replaced.

Gosh I hope I'm doing this right. I have been reading this forum for over 10 years, just went away for awhile. I've recently caught the rehab bug and I found this Willis bag at a local second hand shop. Now I just need to double check her authenticity. The Creed is hard to read in some spots but there are no misspelled words and it says it was made in Costa Rica.

You're correct. It's fake and the font is incorrect for the 1996 C plant.

Compare your creed to an authentic from the same month/year/factory:

You might consider cutting out the creed. That way, if it ends up being donated someone won’t pay big bucks for what they believe to be a coach bag.

Hello! I won this ebay auction and it just arrived today. I would appreciate it if it can be authenticated. In researching tpf before the auction, I found a 04June2017 reference by Tetondeb as a Doctor's Satchel and RLBernstein as #9340 from a 1974 COACH catalog so was pretty certain of it's identification.

NOTE Comment:
However, in looking over the internet for other examples just now I found three additional with measurements of 12.5L x 7H x 5D and strap drop of 5 that clearly look rectangular in frontal view BUT in measuring my bag it measures 12.5L x 9.5H x 5D with a strap drop of 7.5 and is definitely square in frontal view and especially in the turn-lock pocket shape. It is 2 inches taller. Two of the other three examples had embossed COACH imprint and the third was the metal tag. My bag is embossed. I have included a picture of my tan bag taken just now (well stuffed-it's a great distressed bag in need of dunking) along with one black bag from off the internet showing the different frontal shots. So is my bag just another version but still okay?
