First off, thank you SO much for your reply and the info. I've read about 3 of those guides! Thank you! I wasn't sure how many pics to include because I just wanted to make sure I got everything yall would need to authenticate. Lol haha but thank you so much because posting more pics will be so much easier now. Okay, so I measured this bag and I'm not sure if I did it right because there are SO many different guides on how to measure bags online. I measured and got:

Height: 6 in. Length: 8in. Depth: 3in.

You said it would have been made in 1995. That makes sense because my mom said she got it when I was little and I was born in 1991. (I'm getting old. Lol) Based off the measurements, would you say it's real? And the number being stamped wrong. That's crazy. But I did read that Coaches DO sometimes have small mistakes like that. I will post some of the other bags as well because you're right, self aunthenticating could be problematic because it seems like you never know. Once again, thank you for the welcome!!

It's definitely real. On this forum we NEVER identify fakes with any Coach names since fakes don't deserve names. And I would never get that long-winded about fakes unless I was trying to show someone why knowingly buying and selling them is so disgusting.

As for measurements, Coach apparently had their own measurement standards but haven't shared them with the public for a long time. As long as you're within about an inch of the catalog measurements and are measuring seam to seam you're usually ok. There are 2 other similar styles to yours but they're both much bigger so I'm sure yours is a Gracie. Back then the Gracie's original retail price of $242 for a very small bag was at the top end of Coach's price scale, equivalent to about $379 today.

As for the number being wrong - hey, it happened. There were some interesting mistakes made by some plants back then, especially the Italian one (and as someone who's both owned and sold Italian cars, crazy mistakes by Italian plants weren't limited just to handbags). But some of those so-called "authenticity guide" writers will jump up and down screaming that if the style number is wrong to purse MUST be fake, just one of the countless mistakes we've found in those guides. People make mistakes. We can look at the rest of the bag and make sure all the other details are correct for that style and year.
