It's fine.

Carousel Bag from late 1994, it originally retailed at about $198. Keep in mind that it's a fairly small bag and because of the unusual eyelet-top posts that the removeable strap attaches to, if you're planning on looking for a replacement strap try to find one with smallish clips. Full-size clips like the standard size dogleash clip or trigger clip might not fit well.

I think Hyacinth quoted the wrong post when giving her strap advice.

EDIT - WHOOPS! yep, right poster, wrong post. Anyway I'll leave the photos up in case anyone needs pics of those weird strap attachments - the style is faked but fakes usually don't have the correct post-type attachments.
Here's the bag and the original strap, the bag is only 9 inches side to side so the strap is fairly thin and the clips seem smaller than usual, or that's how they look to me in the photos.

It looks like I quoted the one asking about the Carousel Bag that the seller listed as "no strap" which is what I meant to quote. Or is my brain finally crumbling after all these years?

Good point about the possibility of smaller clips. The photos were helpful regarding a replacement strap. BTW - love the red bag!

BTW, I DID check again and corrected my post's first line - sorry for any confusion! And the photo of the strap attachment from the bag you asked about is now saved to my files, it's the clearest one I've found so far. So thank you!
