Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

There are at least 2 other *2B- creeds in my files that seem to be OK. Nothing more recent though. This one also seems ok.

Thank you. I wasn't able to find other *2Bs nor could I read your second creed, but do you think the serial number spacing and the underscore beneath the "o" are different?

I think it's just an effect of the lighting. Look at the creed. Same weakly-stamped "F" in FULL, same slightly closer letters in "natural", same slightly below-center hyphen between glove and tanned, and allowing for the different angles the 2 serial's numbers match each other.

Here's the second creed brightened up a bit:

Did I find an authentic lunch box zip at a thrift store today? Love the color. I own it. Creed was worn on one side. About 7" high x 8.5" wide by 3.5" deep. I have no plans to sell this!

Normally, just a serial number or just the style number isn't enough, but the pictures definitely show a fake.

It’s the soho small zip from 1998
I bought my first coach bag in early 2000’s and the quality is impeccable, so I’m not sure if this bag is authentic as it doesn’t feel the same or even finished the same way.
