Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:

• Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
• Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Front of item

• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

can someone please help me authenticate this mini bennett pistachio? thank you kindly. I called the store since all my other coach have numbers inside, this one teeny white tag w/numbers inside pocket THANK YOU

It's probably okay but a full straight on picture of the front of the bag should be shown.

Note that we never recommend calling Coach to ask for details or authentications. They aren't trained to authenticate, usually aren't familiar with anything other than what's currently in their store and although it hasn't been confirmed, we're pretty sure that employees are told that if a customer says they bought a bag from ebay or another online selling site they should tell the buyer it's fake.

Although their company policy and website disallow authentications, even when 'helpful' SAs attempt to authenticate, they often get it wrong.

Welcome to TPF.

When the pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to post the pictures again.

I'm always hesitant to give a thumbs up to listings out of the Philippines because we've seen some very close fakes, ones that are almost impossible to authenticate.

But so far, the pictures in the listing appear to be of an authentic Coach wallet. There's one other picture I'd like to see: Somewhere inside the wallet probably sewn in to a seam, there should be a "made in" tag as well a small white label with two rows of numbers. Please request a picture showing those tags.

I have a couple of concerns with the seller.
1. It's a new seller (just 6 feedbacks and 2-month old account) without a proven history of selling authentic items.
2. The seller has 94 listings for highly faked brands and items
3. I'm not confident that the pictures are all her own. There are various backgrounds and photographing styles, not commonly seen with established sellers. And if the pictures aren't the seller's own pictures of the actual items, there's no telling what you'll receive.
