The bag is genuine. I don't see any hangtag so it's probably missing.

Along with the unknown string-thing Whateve mentioned there's also some kind of crud, maybe plastic or paper, caught under the metal tongue of the buckle. And one of the strap mounting rings is twisted 90 degrees. Assuming they aren't actually indicators of other problems the seller should check and correct details like these before taking their photos.

It's fine. Generally if the hangtag isn't shown, it probably isn't included, especially from a place like Goodwill. You can probably get a replacement from Coach, as long as you don't tell them you bought the bag second hand.

@alexandria tale - May I ask what country you're in? The reason I ask is that you referred to coachoutlet.com and I was/am unfamiliar with that site.

Here in the US, the official outlet online site is coachfactory.com. (Generally, we've been under the impression that any other sites with "Coach" in the same (with the exception of Coach.com and coachfactory.com) were sites that sell fakes.

However I did a whois lookup for both coachoutlet and coachfactory and both registrants seem to be Coach. It looks like coachoutlet is an international outlet site.

Both use the same registrant information and address and both have contact email addresses that are @coach.com.

It's authentic. For IDing, we need measurements for bags that don't have the style number in the creed. It could be a compartment bag #9850.

The bag is authentic. Please remember, with pre-1994 styles we need to see all the pockets and we especially need measurements. If it has an outside back pocket and measures about 9x6x2 inches it's a Compartment Bag 9850 from the late 1980s.

I've seen a similar keychain (style 92118) which is a single red heart padlock. But I've never seen this multi charm one.
