If she's a tPF member, she's a poor example of it.
But sadly, not the first poor example.

ETA: And if the listing was removed because of what was posted, she hasn't learned a thing. Every other listing with stolen pictures is still up. (And FYI, Nunis Boutique, I've personally filed DMCA takedown notices for my images that were stolen by Tradesy sellers and used without my permission and at least 2 of those picture thieves were kicked off Tradesy.)

So step right back on that soapbox, BB.
You did a very good job right up there next to me!

Last time I reported a seller for stealing my photos, Tradesy gave me the old "read our UA, once you upload them, they are fair game. We "encourage" buyers to reuse seller's photos to relist and resell items as well." MY HANDS were in someone else's listing! It was super creepy. This seller is a real piece of work. To think that I work so hard for my listings, only to have someone steal my work with no repercussions.

I've noticed that when I create a new listing on Tradesy, it tells me not to use stock photos, whereas in the past that was encouraged. I think reusing seller's photos only applies if you are reselling the same item you purchased from that seller.

This Tradesy nonsense has been discussed at length in this thread on the ebay subforum:
Anyone Ever Buy and/or Sell on Tradesy?

Tradesy can say what they want in their TOS but they can't enforce it if you (as the rights owner) don't allow it.

And while looking in the Tradesy thread for my own posts on the subject, I found this post I'd made in July, 2017 warning about Nuni!

Geez, do they really think the US Federal Code on Copyrights and Trademarks can be superceeded by some VENUE'S TOS ??? Ebay tried that and got their butts kicked. No wonder Tradesey has so many users saying the company seems to be close to going down the crapper. I wouldn't buy or ESPECIALLY sell anything on that site no matter how good the price or fees looked.

Yep, we're a regular 2-person chorus line, we just have to wait now for Whateve and NoShoePolish to get their costumes fitted. Now I just have to work on my high kicks. ;)

I picked up two bags at a thrift store today.
The first is a coach backpack
Creed number# DO43-9569
Second is a fabric tote. (Turquoise snow leopard - If it's real I'm thinking it was a factory specialty kinda thing.) No number on Creed and only the clear tag sewn in lining. If you can confirm or deny authenticity on either, I'd appreciate it.

Both are fine. I don't know why you said the turquoise one has no number on the creed when it clearly does. Yes, it was made for factory. The print was called ocelot. The first was called soft legacy small backpack.
More pics of turquoise leopard

Thanks @whateve
Not sure why I didn't think there was a number. I was convinced I couldnt see one in the store. And just snapped a picture here at home without rechecking the creed while I searched inside lining for five minutes for what I thot should be the white tag. That makes me sound flaky. Normally I'm not quite this bad! Crazy day.

I don't want to out the other victim of Poshmark's lack of expertise but if she wants to add her opinion, she's welcome to do so.
Poshmark's authentication team is so inept that even when another buyer sent a fake (also with an invalid serial number TO POSHMARK, they (their authenticators) still deemed the bag as authentic but as a "goodwill gesture," accepted the return for refund.

I can't feel confident that they'll come up with an accurate determination.
Ladies!

We won the case against andine on Poshmark. I just received an email stating they cancelled the order and the money was just refunded to my PayPal account. Thank you so much, the funds just covered the vet bill we just paid for our elderly cat so I seriously appreciate all that you've done.

that's great news! At least once Poshmark did the right thing. I wonder if they shipped the bag back to andine.
