Please follow the following requests:

I don't feel comfortable with the bag. Wait for more opinions.

I want to look at more creed photos on Ebay listings, but that creed patch is sending all sorts of warning signals to my head. The shape, the stitching, the details of the stamping, and maybe even the date code. The creed wording itself is wrong but I've only looked at one other bag from that plant from almost a year later. Give me a little more time to check the rest.

Do DOT buy that bag yet.


ETA - I'm still not sure. There are other similar creeds with the same wording and format. I'm going to pass the ball to BeenBurned.

Do not buy that bag. That style is a closely faked one but when side-by-side comparisons are made, the differences in quality are evident.

• Note difference in amount of space between stitching at top of creed and horse and carriage logo
• Note the difference in how high the rivets are on the handles of the fake vs. how much closer they are to the o-ring on the genuine
• Note difference in the size of space between stitching on sides of creed and imprint
• Note the differences in the HAC logo plaques
• Note the differences in the quality of the pleating.

ETA: OOPS, not a Sabrina but still fake!!

Thanks for confirming my suspicions! I've never seen a plaque that was missing the whip before. I also noted the number of pleats the HAC and cartouche plaque covered was different.

Yeah, there are way more problems than the missing whip and wrong number of pleats.

I wonder if the private sale is posted somewhere that's reportable.

After I received it, I got this notice from ebay: "We had to remove this listing from the site and you're not required to complete the transaction. If you've already sent payment, the sale should process as normal and you don't have anything to worry about. If you have any questions about delivery, please check tracking or contact your seller." I have concerns about the bag because the rivets on the strap are brass colored but seem faded and look silver in spots. The stitching on the bottom and the top piping seems rough. And I'm concerned that the listing was removed because it is fake. I haven't contacted the seller yet. She lists no returns and I wanted to get the forums opinion before I contact her. The bag is in amazing almost mint condition so I would be thrilled if it is genuine. I'll attach my pictures, thanks, ladies.

Yes, it's fake. Ask the seller to refund you. You shouldn't have any problem since the listing was removed so ebay knows it is fake.
