Hi, unfortunately I'm not able to get a close up of the hologram as the seller has been so nice with getting all the photos I've been requesting for and all my questions. She's kinda annoyed and upset that I don't believe her that she said she would return my deposit. As she said if it were fake I can bring it back for a full refund. So based on the photos I've submitted could you give me your opinion if it's authentic or not without the close up?

The seller may not realize which photo's are required from TPF or another service to authenticate a bag. Feel free to share the info with her so that next time they will be prepared. Don't feel bad asking for details. The selling of fakes/altered bags online is unfortunately a common practice-what if the seller doesn't know their bag fake-may not be the situation with your seller, but it can happen.

If you chose to purchase the bag, you can also have it authenticated after purchase, if you are confident you can get your $$$ back. This is a private sale, so proceed carefully.

Did you read the first few posts in this thread that explains what is needed? Do you know how to copy a link and post photo's? There is a support forum found at the bottom of this page which should answer questions for you.

Other members that have had problems posting photo's have found that installing the TPF app on their phone is the easiest way to upload photo's etc.

Hello-Please repost with the authenticity number in the request. There doesn't seem to be any reference to the authenticity number or hologram which there definitely should be. The details we need to see are mentioned here:


PHOTOS NEEDED TO DETERMINE AUTHENTICITY OF ALL OTHER STYLES

1) front, back, and side/bottom views of bag

2) CHANEL stamp and MADE IN FRANCE/ITALY stamp (note: in vintage bags, the MADE IN FRANCE/ITALY stamp is directly across the CHANEL stamp on the opposite side). A focused close up photo is required.

3) engraving on the interior zipper head and hanging ornament, if applicable. If there is a zipper pull, we need photo of the CHANEL engraving on one side and CC engraving on the other side. A focused close up photo is required.

5) back side of the zipper head showing the engraving (LAMPO or CHANEL PARIS). A focused close up photo is required.

6) engraving on snap button, if applicable

7) hologram sticker. A focused close up photo is required.

8) tassel or hanging medallion

9) number side of authenticity card, if still available

I do see the zipper and made in stamp, sorry, I missed that photo-need holo and card....

Just received this chanel boy wallet yesterday. It did not come with any authenticity card. Love it a lot & the lambskin feels right, but some details are abit worrying ..
(Namely: (1) Made in Italy stamp, (2) Are the color of the lining supposed to match the exterior? My old chanel wallet does, i looked through many pictures of chanel boy wallets online and it's pretty inconsistent, (3) "Knots" in the stitching).

Seller allows refund within 7 days so hoping to find out its authenticity soon.
