Listing has ended - this thread only authenticates live listings

I sent in my request to authenticate4u.com almost 3 weeks ago. Nothing yet. Getting nervous because I only have one more week to file a claim.

That's odd because whenever I have had dealings with them their turnaround is very quick. Did you follow it up to check that they actually received your authentication request?

ETA: If you are not already aware, all authentication services require payment in advance.

Did you try following up? Maybe try etincelerauthentications? I think the fee is like $7. And they usually respond within 24 to 48 hours.

It is possible that the delay is due to one of the photos not being clear/close enough, so if possible maybe take your own photos since you already bought the item, and then have them ready on hand to send to them.

If you only have a week left to file, then I wouldn't let an additional $7 get in the way. If the other company doesn't get back to you, you can always file a dispute for services not rendered, if worse comes to worst although you should follow up first.

I know. She is usually very quick. I haven't been able to contact her since around Halloween. I have 12 or so outstanding authentications and most of them have gone beyond the 30 days to file a claim. I emailed her also from another email, thinking I was in her spam folder, but nothing. I submitted to etincelerauthentications so hopefully I can get an answer this week while I still have time. I didn;t expect you guys to be so quick or I would have asked before the listing ended! I know on the Gucci thread, it's nearly impossible to get a quick answer so I usually end up submitting to Castira. Good to know that you guys are on it for future reference.

Thanks

That's very odd indeed, I used their services last week for several items and received replies really quickly. Both Authenticate4U and Etinceler are reputable, I have never used Castira but I understand that they also have a good reputation.

yeah, I had belle authenticated before; now I got the bag, and just want to double-check... is it ok? :p:p

If
1) colourful_belle had authenticated the bag photographed in the listing and
2) the item you received is the exact item that is photographed in the listing that she authenticated,

then you should be fine.
