Hello,

I recently bought a lovely Medium Flap on ebay Germany and so far I am not bothered that it is a fake because everything seems genuine. But could you please have a look at the pictures, the only thing I find a tiny bit strange is the "0" on the serial number. It has a "/" running through it, is that correct?

Thanks for answering, but I have an authentic WOC and I actually prefer the leather of the Medium (I already bought it and received it). The hardware also doesn´t look cheaper in any way then the WOCs hardware...

The photos are too blurry to tell anything and the zoom feature does not seem to work for this listing. Please look at page 1 of this thread for the proper format and required photos.

Thank you, you have really helped me with that! I am not really concerned any more (but I must say that both of my authentic and quite new Chanel bags have areas where the quality is not perfect. On the brand new Chanel store bought WOC for example the inner side is already "open" in a small area, meaning that you can see the glue.
And the Medium, a 13 seriues, therefore 2009/2010, already has a small spot on the silver chain where you can see a coppertone metall underneath the silver coating...

You are welcome! While I do not own any new Chanel bags, I have read other members comments that while Chanel's prices are ever increasing the quality of the bags is on the decline. That is so sad...Coco Chanel must be rolling in her grave:nogood: All of my vintage bags are in fine shape even at 15-20 yrs old!
