As I often say, open a dispute and escalate it to a claim and select "item not as described." Follow instructions from paypal, return the item when paypal says, get tracking, your will get a refund.

Navy Check Cashmere Scarf
I've bought it new w/o paper tags. On the reverse of Burberry tag there's "MION T" on the left side and reference number on the right "XXXX CAS" (I don' t remember what's instead of xxxx).
At the picture with 2 tags, the left one is from my other scarf bought in Burberry shop in Warsaw.
