If I recall correctly, we don't authenticate for sellers - you need to go through a service such as that provided by e-Bay....
Indiaink is right-it's authentic; It's later vintage (late 1990's). They didn't use many style names then like they do now. No idea about what type of leather.
I am a BV junkie now. Please authenticate this bag when you get a chance. There aren't a lot of photos provided (tags, zipper) though.

I wouldn't dare vouch for authenticity. Other BVettes are much better at that, but I am curious about if this is, in fact, Chene. I thought Chene was a hair lighter and more yellow.
There are some things that aren't quite right to me; for one, this is not a small; rather, yes, it measures small, but the shape doesn't look right for 'small' - not sure BV makes the Veneta in this size... i know Medium and Large and Mini. I would wait for another opinion on authenticity. My thoughts, right now, are that it is suspect.
Size-wise, this seems like what we call "medium" in the US. Other countries have been known to use different size descriptors for the same bags, so I'm basing it on the bag's appearance and the stated measurements.
Color-wise, maybe it's Junior, or maybe it's chene--the photos show several different shades depending on the lighting and flash.
All this said, I don't see any warning signs. Because indiaink has stated her doubts, I would exercise caution.
