Item: Bottega Veneta Peltro cabat medium
Item No: 390598785222
Seller name: http://myworld.ebay.com/trytrytribe/

Please help me authenticate this item. Thank you

the listing doesn't include enough photos. We need to see the metal plaque that Cabats have and also the white authenticity tag that is sewn into the bottom of the bag. Without those photos, we can't offer an informed opinion.

Thank you so much, i did ask for photo. But the seller said that their supplier already packed the bag into the box.

I think in this case i should not take it,right?

Thank you again for your help.

Her listing says she guarantees authenticity and won't accept returns. She also mentions checking with the Purse Forum. I would ask the seller if we determine it's probably fake, will she accept a return? What she says is rather contradictory.

I know it's tempting to buy and then check authenticity but this is why we encourage people to check here long enough before the listing ends, so we can help you.

Not sure why they included Appia in the title. Your opinion on this? The tag code indicates Tea color 6308 but it does not really look like tea.
Item: Appia Intrecciato Bottega Veneta Hobo Handbag in Nappa Brown
Item No: 181142406301
Seller name: tesuqueraven

I don't know why Appia is mentioned either. The bag is authentic and the color is Tea. I've never owned anything in Tea, so I don't know if this differs from what Tea looks like IRL. Often the colors look different when you see them in person.

I have this bag and the color can look really honeyish and light tan depending on
Iighting. It looks like the bag I have.

Are you still on the hunt for one even though you have the campana?

She sent me the link to cancel it already. I think, it can be fake item. From bag already packed and asked me to pay 24 hrs. After cancelation, she didnt post it again on ebay.

If you really want the bag, ebay guarantees authenticity or money back. The process is a hassle, but feasible. Pay with credit card and if you live in the US, you can dispute if the item is not authentic.

Just (always) looking, I'm very happy I got the tea sloane and I love it. But I paid almost double what this veneta went for.

Hi Ladies, Thanks in advance for looking at this. I am new to this bag so can't tell if it's an obvious fake but price seems too low?

Item Name: Authentic Snakeskin Bottega Veneta Knot Clutch
Seller name or ID: aycaipek
Working Link to pictures: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Authenti...826&pid=100015&prg=1006&rk=1&sd=161032958072&

Many thanks!

Sometimes sellers like to start the bidding low and they expect that it will sell for a much higher price. since it's not a *buy it now* price, I don't think it's important where the bidding starts.

I have had trouble authenticating Knots (too few details to examine) so I no longer offer opinions on them. I hope someone who knows exotic leathers and Knots will comment for you.
