Hi, CaliforniaGal! I don't see any warning signs although I'd love to see front and back pics of auth tag.
Regarding relining it, it looks like an outlet vintage BV (as long as the auth tag checks out). It's big, too. Not sure how much it would cost to reline. What would you reline it in? When non outlet, these had the smooth beige pigskin lining.
I got carried away, nice big size, probably not worth re-lining and I don't like the fabric lining.

Hi, it looks like an authentic Matita colored BV wallet, IMO. This color, Matita, is really pretty and the seller took great pictures in the listing. Nice price, too!
