Are you the buyer of this vintage BV? I would ask for a better photo of the metal name plaque but since it's already sold and the other details look ok, I'll give it a tentative genuine ok. If it's yours and you want a final answer, post a photo of the plaque after it arrives

Was wondering if this is a Authentic BV Maxi because the colour of the suede inside is light (camel colour) but when i went to the website and looked at the Nero maxi its inside suede is dark brown.


Also i bought a BV Maxi Nero myself and the colour inside suede is camel colour. Is it authentic? Similar to the one above

The Malleries bag looks authentic. BV has changed the lining colors over the last few years--some years are lighter, some fairly dark. Once in awhile they will do a special color lining--blue or purple for example. As for your other bag, we would need to see all the required photos (post #1 of this thread explains) to authenticate.

With this, there isn't a lot to look at as far as authenticity. However, everything I see looks authentic in my opinion. Let's get some more opinions on this cute cuff! :smile1:

Thanks Boxermom for your speedy reply. As for my bag im trying to take pictures of the bag but the pictures are very dark (very dark ) and cant take any quality ones Im a bad photographer).

Anyway ive tried to load the photos and it says file error. Inside the bad in the compartment there is a little label like same as the malleries one except it reads:

181140/V0013/1000
EPEV 2010/4827A

could you please authenciate? Thanks so much boxermom

The tag on yours is the right code for a genuine BV maxi in Nero/black nappa leather.

Ideally we'd like to see photos of your bag: the white tag, the heat stamp, etc. as mentioned in post #1, but the tag code you gave us is for an authentic bag. Without seeing photos of your bag, I can't say the bag is authentic, but signs point to yes.
