I agree. The exterior color of the 2nd listing should not be dark brown, but a lighter "cafe au lait" shade.

The first listing is for a recent vintage bag... late 90's and does not look to be in good condition vis a vis the lining. While BV can reline the bag for you, it might cost around $200 or so to have it repaired by BV - maybe less. Otherwise, it is authentic, IMO.

Your gut feeling is a good one on this bag. I agree with Miss_FancyBags. In my opinion, it looks *off* and is probably not genuine.
