Hi, sorry - it's been a while so I don't know the date or style.

I found the zipper length confining in the same way I find the sloane style difficult to access items; however, others really love these styles! :smile1:

Hi, the Authenticate This thread is offered as a free service to buyers. Most authenticators, including myself, do not offer opinions to sellers. There are several businesses including mypoupette.com that will authenticate for a fee. Boxermom was kind enough to give an opinion :smile1:

Hi, This is a bit too late because I've already purchased the item online and has arrived to me. I didnt think there was any concern... However I just learnt that After 2007 tags have 2 lines, so it is a slight cause of concern for me if its authentic. Generally i compared it to my other Large Venetas bought from boutiques and it looks good but then again I'm no professional and hope you guys can help me out for peace of mind.Its the only bit bothering me ...

I attached pictures of the Mela Green Large Veneta according to the forum it is Resort 2008/2009

the 1 Line Tag which caused a little cause for concern after reading that post 2007 has 2 lines....
there is no more fabric i can pull out so there is no 2nd line...

Hi, no worries on authenticity in my opinion - it's authentic. It's not Mela, though. The color is older than that and more of a grass green. I had a bag in this color several years ago with the powder blue lining, but I don't have the exact name - sorry! Others may know the color name. :smile1:

Maybe it's regent? Unless it's older than regent--I'm really just guessing. It's a cheerful color, in any case!

i have no idea, i'm just going through the pics there. it doesnt quite look the same tho
it was in very good condition, inside and out and no fraying at any seams or dirt considering since i just got it
and it must be years since!

i will try to post the bag with to other colors tomorrow so you guys could compare....to gauge...better

If you are a buyer looking to buy, please help our authenticators by using the following format:

Needed Pictures: Please make sure the item in question has clear close-ups of
1. all logos including those on hardware and pressed into leather
2. both sides of the authenticity tag
3. views of zippers and zipper pulls
4. views of the lining
5. outside views of all sides and bottom
6. views of hardware
7. mirror, both sides if applicable

If you are a seller, there are several sites that you can get your item authenticated for a fee. One is mypoupette. :smile1:
