Looks authentic to me! A slight variation on a braided handle Cervo tote that I have--I like it a lot. This one zips closed, mine is open at the top, so this has an advantage over mine.

I don't see any warning signs and seller sells lots of high end items with great feedback. I would probably ask for more pics on an item this expensive, though.
