Not all years of BV bags have brand names stamped on the back side of the zipper pull (the metal *head*). Depending on the age of the bag, if we see a photo of that detail it tells us something about authenticity. You have to kind of turn the zipper hardware *inside out* to see if anything is printed there. If you want to post a photo of your Veneta we can tell you if it's ok.

Hi Boxermom. Ok now i get what you meant by the zipper pull. I thought you were talking about the leather pull but if it is the metal portion, my clementine has a stamp at the back of the metal pull that says riri on top then M4 below that. You think this is ok? I had this bag posted in purse forum before i bought it and someone replied that it looks real. But can you verify if the zipper pull as I described is ok?

Also I am reposting the listing that I posted 2 days ago. Seller already added the stamped imprint inside the bag near the zipper pocket

Hi, although I like to see the front of the authenticity tag, I don't see any warning signs and this looks authentic. I love the tiger veneta!! :smile1:

From your description of the Veneta you have, the zipper stamp is exactly right. No worries!;)

Hi ladies! Is this an authentic BV? I've never seen this style before and can't tell if the top is open. I've asked for photos of the interior. You all know my fears by now about buying online! I'm still mustering up the confidence to buy my one true love. (Large Nero Compana)

Hi, we'll need pictures of the front and back of the authenticity tag at a minimum, but I don't see any warning signs.

I love this style and have owned it in the past. The meaty shoulder strap is wonderful :) :smile1:

Oh, I see you asked about the top. It folds over and then attaches with the brunito colored hook.

Hi, this is an authentic mini veneta (vintage) in my opinion - adorable!! :smile1: These are the sweetest little bags ever!

I don't use the backs of zipper pulls to authenticate, so let's let other authenticators give their opinions on that part of the bag.
