Hi! I'm new to BV and I want to be extra careful re authenticity when I purchase my first BV bag. I would really appreciate your insight. I know malleries is a legit site, but everyone can make mistakes when it comes to authenticity, so a second opinion here on tpf would be most helpful! TIA :smile1:

The bag looks good but the seller didn't include a photo of the font (stamped name inside the bag). Please request that very important detail. Thanks! This is a stunning bag.

The seller said that there is no logo on the inside of the bag.
I have this bag in a smaller framed version, and the logo is embossed on the leather, under the zippered section.
Should i be worried, or is it just the case with the larger exotic bags? Would it be embossed within the zippered pocket or along the edge of the skin, inside the bag?

It's good! The font is definitely harder to see in some bags than others. Before coming to the Purse Forum I only knew that font meant the style of print used in a book lol! Now I know it also refers to the distinctive imprint that a designer uses.

Hi! I'm new to BV. I only own a couple of things from BV and I'm starting to love this brand. I'm not really into vintage pieces in any brand but last week I found this piece and made a purchase on ebay. I'm pretty sure it is authentic, I received it and the leather feels incredible(the leather seems more luxurious then my BV which was purchased last year and paid soooo much more) Anyways, please authenticate this bag for me just to make sure and would you have any idea when this bag was made? the seller was selling it for someone else and she had no info on the bag. Thank you so much!

Hello again,
I just found out that two other exact same BV bag are on eBay from other New Yorkers!! One of them is priced for $650. What is it with the New Yorkers and this bag at this low prices?? Can anybody explain this for me?
